User Data Deletion Request

1. Purpose
 Connecta DXB respects user privacy and provides a clear and transparent process for requesting the deletion of personal data that we may hold.

2. Who Can Request Data Deletion

You may submit a data deletion request if you are:

A user of any Connecta DXB website, application, or digital service; or

An individual whose personal data was provided to Connecta DXB through inquiries, lead forms, messaging channels (including WhatsApp), customer  support, or business interactions.

3. Types of Data Eligible for Deletion

Subject to verification and legal limitations, Connecta DXB may delete the following data: 

 Personal identification data (name, phone number, email address) 

 Account or profile information (where applicable) 

Chat and messaging history, including WhatsApp communications 

 Lead and inquiry data submitted via forms or digital channels 

Technical identifiers and usage data, where applicable

4. Data That May Be Retained 

Certain data may be retained where legally required or operationally necessary, including: 

 Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or government requests 

 Security, fraud prevention, and audit records 

Financial and transactional records 

Records required to resolve disputes or enforce contractual obligations Any retained data will be restricted strictly to those lawful purposes.

5. How to Request Data Deletion 

Option A — Email Request 

 Send an email to: info@connectadxb.com 

 Subject line: Data Deletion Request 

 Please include: 

1.  Your full name 

2.  The email address and/or phone number used when interacting with Connecta DXB 

3.  The platform or service used (website form, WhatsApp, app, etc.) 

4.  A clear description of the deletion request (specific data or full data deletion)


Option B — Phone Request 

You may also initiate a request by phone: +971 50 195 5897 

 For security reasons, formal confirmation and verification may still be required via email or written communication.

6. Identity Verification 

To protect user data, Connecta DXB may request additional information to verify the identity of the requester. Requests that cannot be adequately verified may be declined.

7. Processing Time 

 Verified deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. If additional time is required due to complexity or legal considerations, you will be informed accordingly.

8. Confirmation of Deletion 

Once processing is complete, Connecta DXB will confirm that: 

The requested personal data has been deleted or anonymized; or 

Certain data has been retained solely for lawful or regulatory purposes.
