Please include:
1. Your full name
2. The email address and/or phone number used when interacting with Connecta DXB
3. The platform or service used (website form, WhatsApp, app, etc.)
4. A clear description of the deletion request (specific data or full data deletion)

For security reasons, formal confirmation and verification may still be required via email or written communication.
6. Identity Verification
To protect user data, Connecta DXB may request additional information to verify the identity of the requester. Requests that cannot be adequately verified may be declined.
7. Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. If additional time is required due to complexity or legal considerations, you will be informed accordingly.
8. Confirmation of Deletion
Once processing is complete, Connecta DXB will confirm that:
The requested personal data has been deleted or anonymized; or
Certain data has been retained solely for lawful or regulatory purposes.
